Our Team
Louise has a BA (Hons) in English and Drama, and has 10 years experience teaching music, theatre and dance for children from birth to 7 years, along with over 30 years of dance and theatre experience. Louise decided to launch Liberty Arts Yorkshire in September 2019. With the mission to provide opportunities to experience the performing arts to those who would not normally engage in them.
Liberty Arts Yorkshire became Liberty Arts Productions CIC (Community Interest Company) in 2022, allowing Louise and the team to further reach into the community arts sector.
Louise is also a freelance creative producer and dance tutor.
When not busy with work, Louise loves reading, watching movies with her family and three cats in front of the fire on winter days. Musicals and dance shows, 80’s music and a proper Bradford curry!

Georgie has vast experience in facilitating creative arts education and dance/movement workshops. For both mainstream and with vulnerable adults and children. Georgie is also a qualified yoga instructor. Georgie is co-director of SOMA Wellness, Otley.
Georgie’s favourite things are going on adventures in her campervan with her family. Going for long, muddy walks with her dog Boushka, and dancing like noone’s watching; and she doesn't care if they are!
Georgie is fuelled by good coffee and yums yums!
Ellen has fifteen years experience working in education as a teacher, author and examiner. Ellen is currently a foster carer specializing in children with additional needs. Ellen favourite things are her family, holidays and historical sites. Preferably a combination of all three!
